By creating an account or using SecondTeeTime, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use SecondTeeTime. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Use of the service
SecondTeeTime is a platform for organizing golf tee times among groups of golfers. You agree to use SecondTeeTime only for its intended purpose and in accordance with applicable laws.
You may not:
- Use SecondTeeTime for any unlawful purpose
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
- Scrape or harvest data from SecondTeeTime
- Disrupt or interfere with SecondTeeTime's infrastructure
- Post spam or misleading content
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4. Content
You own content you post to SecondTeeTime. By posting content, you grant SecondTeeTime a limited license to display and distribute that content to users you've shared it with (your group members, tee time invitees). You are responsible for the content you post.
5. Service availability
We strive to keep SecondTeeTime available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
SecondTeeTime is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SecondTeeTime shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
